Looking to finish the academic year on a high note?

We’re working with a welcoming secondary school seeking a confident Maths Teacher to join them from Monday 29th June through to the end of term. It’s a short-term role, but one where you can genuinely make an impact, supporting students during a key point in the year.

The timetable runs across 9 days a fortnight, with every other Monday off, giving you a bit of breathing space while still staying fully immersed in the classroom.

You’ll be stepping into a supportive department where planning is in place, expectations are clear, and the focus is on keeping students engaged, motivated, and progressing right through to the final weeks.

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified Maths Teacher or experienced educator confident delivering across KS3 and KS4
  • Someone who brings energy to the classroom and keeps pupils focused as the term winds down
  • Strong classroom management and a calm, consistent approach

Whether you’re between roles, looking for something flexible, or keen to gain experience in a new setting before September, this could be a great fit.

If you’re ready to step in and make those last few weeks count, we’d love to hear from you.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQs on the Protocol Education website for further details.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’, this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
