Job description
My client, an Ofsted rated 'Good' school in South Leicestershire, are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable teacher of Maths to join their thriving department in the 2017/18 academic year. This is a full-time, permanent contract, with ample opportunities for progression and professional development for the right candidate.

The school caters to students aged 11-16, from the surrounding areas of Market Harborough, Oadby, and Kibworth. The current NOR is approximately 900, but they expect this to increase in the coming academic year due to recent outstanding results across key stages 3 and 4. Staff (particularly Senior Leadership) are heavily involved in the local community, so they are ideally looking for someone who is willing to take an interest in wider school life in addition to their teaching responsibilities.

You will be joining a department of 12 staff, comprising of 8 maths teachers, and 4 support staff. This is a thriving department with a track record of raising attainment, and delivering the best possible education for its students. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a popular, welcoming, and driven team. If this sounds like the role for you, please contact Leigh Edwards or Kris Hair on 0116 216 2122, or apply via the advertisement.
