Are you passionate about Maths and determined to make a real difference? We are seeking to appoint a qualified, creative and enthusiastic Teacher of Maths to work at our client school based near to Cambridge. You will be delivering Maths across KS3 and KS4 on a full-time basis from September on a long term supply basis. 

The school has a dedicated and supportive team who are always willing to go the extra mile in terms of providing support and encouragement to students. The aim is to provide a holistic education which promotes academic success.


Successful applicants must be:

  • PGCE with QTS or relevant qualification 
  • Experience of teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
  • Experience of planning, preparation and communicating with colleagues and parents
  • Dynamic, inspirational and an enthusiastic classroom practitioner with high expectations in the classroom
  • Fully committed to learning, high-quality teaching and raising standards of all students.
  • Passionate about Maths; being able to inspire and motivate students and staff
  • Committed to ensuring all students reach their potential
  • Capable of promoting partnerships and collaborative working
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Have references to cover the last 3 years including a teaching reference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
