We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative mathematician to cover the maternity leave of one of our colleagues. You will be able to convey your knowledge and passion of the subject to our students.
You will be able to teach engaging lessons to all students to show and help them understand the importance of maths, and the positive impact it can have throughout their life. We eagerly await applications from either experienced or newly qualified teachers who are interested in joining our school community.
Teachers are encouraged to review their own performance and are guided in establishing goals that will develop their skills further.
The School was judged to be “Good” in all categories by OFSTED in a recent inspection.
As such, they are looking for a Maths teacher who is dynamic in the classroom with the ability to differentiate the learning material to a range of ability levels.
The successful candidate will:
• Be an experienced Maths teacher with great subject knowledge
• Be a qualified teacher with QTS
• Have experience of teaching Maths in a previous role
• Have an updated CV
• Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies
• Hold a valid and current DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
