Protocol Education is working closely with a welcoming secondary school in Telford where students feel safe, supported, and genuinely proud to be part of their community. The school is now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join the team and make a real difference in the classroom.

At the heart of the school are three simple but powerful values: Ambition, Respect, and Courage. These aren’t just words displayed on a wall. They shape everyday life across the school, guiding decisions and helping pupils grow into confident, thoughtful young people who believe in themselves and their potential. Diversity is embraced here, with every background, experience, and perspective seen as something that strengthens the school community.

There is a shared understanding that excellence is something built over time. Pupils are encouraged to recognise their own strengths and interests, while staff take real care in nurturing those talents. Success here isn’t measured by exam results alone. It is about helping young people develop the confidence, knowledge, and character to build futures they feel proud of.

Learning sits firmly at the centre of school life. The curriculum is designed to build strong subject knowledge while helping students connect their learning to the world around them. Maths lessons focus on making ideas meaningful and relevant, helping pupils understand not just how to solve problems, but why those skills matter beyond the classroom.

The school has a strong sense of identity, inspired by its Olympian heritage. Values such as respect, excellence, and friendship are lived out every day, whether in lessons, around the school site, or on the sports field. Staff are trusted, well supported, and encouraged to focus on what really matters, delivering high quality teaching and building positive relationships with pupils.
