Job description
My client, a large inner-city secondary school in Leicester, is currently seeking a qualified teacher of Maths for a one year contract commencing in the Summer Term. You will need to possess a UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS), and must have demonstrable experience of teaching Maths to key stages 3 and 4. This role is part time, with working days being on Wednesday and Thursday each week.

The school has recently undergone a period of significant change and is now seeking like-minded, passionate, and dedicated individuals to help raise standards not only within their Maths department, but also across the whole school. With new leadership now firmly in place, this is an exciting time to be joining their team, and there is a strong potential for a permanent position being made available for the right candidate.

You must possess sound behaviour management skills, excellent subject knowledge, and a genuine passion for working with young people. Whether you are an experienced teacher, or a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to complete your induction, I would love to hear from you. Interviews are to be scheduled throughout March 2017. For more information, please contact Leigh Edwards on 0116 216 2122 or email Leigh.edwards@protocol-education.com
