Job description
Primary specialist TA required to support a boy with an EHCP for SEMH in Kingston.

Duration of work: to start as soon as possible and to continue until a special school has been secured. This will be a role that runs for 3 days per week and will then become a 5 day priority.

Funding: The Primary SEND teacher will be working with the child in a variety of settings, possibly within the home also. Funding will be provided by the LA and all compliance and payments will be made by the agency

Brief overview: The child has no cognition/learning needs but displays extreme emotions and behaviour, which makes it hard for him to access lessons and he spends a lot of time 1:1 with support from the teacher on an ongoing basis.

Protocol Education have a long standing relationship with the client and maintain high levels of service and ongoing compliance with the clients expectations of what the client requires. We require a thorough vetting process which entails Enhanced DBS checks and references from previous and/or existing employers.

Required attributes will be :ASD, SEMH, Experience of working with a child on 1-2-1 basis and evidence of progression with the student.
