Looking for a role that fits neatly around the school day? Love the buzz of a playground and the joy of helping children feel safe, seen and supported?

We’re working with a friendly primary school in Greenford who need a reliable, warm-hearted Lunchtime Supervisor to join their team straight away. Two hours a day. Five days a week. A big impact in a small window of time.

  • Supervising pupils during lunch in the hall and outside

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners

  • Supporting safe play and resolving the odd playground disagreement

  • Helping children feel included and confident

It’s all about creating a happy, safe space where children can recharge before heading back to class.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working with primary-aged children

  • Brings a calm, patient approach

  • Can build quick, positive relationships

  • Is reliable and ready to start ASAP

Previous school experience is great, but not essential. A kind, proactive attitude goes a long way.
