Job description
Protocol Education are currently looking to recruit playtime assistants for one of our GOOD' (by Ofsted) Primary Schools in the London Borough of Brent.

As a lunchtime supervisor, you should be able to supervise students during the lunch period, maintain an acceptable standard of conduct and discipline amongst students as well as ensure the clearing of the dining areas. On top of this, you will engage in playtime activities, such as ping-pong or football.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist with planning different activities and providing a stimulating and fun environment for children to work in. Additionally, you will demonstrate and follow the correct safeguarding procedures of high importance and report back to a teacher or a member of Senior Leadership Team when dealing with injuries and emergencies.

Suitable candidates must be available during the term time, between the hours of 11.15am 1.30pm Monday to Friday for lunchtime playtime cover.

Candidates must have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of current health and safety practices
• Current DBS on the Update Service or willing to undertake one
• Excellent references
• Right to work in the UK
