Protocol Education is seeking committed, reliable, passionate, proactive Learning Support Assistants Croydon and Sutton area to work in our Special needs school for the 2019/20 academic year with an option to extend the placement further.

Our school endeavour to meet the various and individual needs of their pupils who have special education needs and disabilities (SEND) such as, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language, and complex needs.

We are looking for people that are passionate and caring about working with students with special educational needs.

As part of the role, you will be required to enable learners who have learning difficulties and learning disabilities to develop numeracy, literacy and life skills such as gardening, cooking, washing and shopping. Although experience is important, it is not a necessity. If successful, you will be required to support the teacher in class, work in small groups and one-to-one.
