Learning Support Assistant

Watford, Hertfordshire

Contract: Term Time Only | Contract
Hours: 30-32.5 hours per week
Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our successful primary school from September 2026.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential. This role may involve supporting individuals and small groups, including children with additional educational needs.

Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
