Job description
Protocol Education requires a Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work in Primary schools throughout Wolverhampton.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will supervise children, including whole classes and PPA time under the direction of a teacher. Assisting with the day-to-day management of the learning environment including the preparation of teaching aids, equipment and materials and contributing to class, school displays. You will provide feedback to the teacher about learning activities and pupil progress and assist in the implementation of pupils IEP's. You will have plenty of opportunity to support individuals inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities and work with other professionals such as speech and language therapists.

It is hoped that you will be able to support pupils with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills and work with parents/carers to support pupils learning and behavioural needs.

Applicants should be level 3 qualified or due to complete the course shortly. You will have experience working in a primary school environment and be able to demonstrate that you have contributed to the outcomes of pupils within your learning environments.
