LSA/TA/Care Assistant/SEND Support Worker

Seeking a Learning and Behaviour Mentor for a SEMH school.

Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a pupil referral unit in Colchester. 

You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have social emotional mental health. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.

A UK Driving License and access to a car is desirable. 

This role requires someone who has a strong, robust character as there may be challenges along the way.

This is a long-term, full-time position so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am-15:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
