Job description
Opportunity to work the new academic year in a brand-new building which offers excellent facilities!

Are you a hard a working LSA, passionate about working with children to make a difference?

I have a Good (Ofsted) school in West Drayton looking for exceptional LSA's to support their friendly team

My client is looking to appoint a number of LSA's who has a proven record of a classroom support role who have made a difference, in the early stages of their career, and who is willing to learn and develop their skills.

Are you someone who:

Has a passion of working with children and making a difference;
Has a strong commitment to teamwork;
Has high expectations of themselves and their pupils;
Can use assessment data to develop strategic plans to positively impact upon pupil progress;
Is committed to making a difference to the current and future lives of every child;
Has the ability to work under pressure with calmness and a sense of humour;

Strong Graduate's looking for classrom assistant roles are encouraged to apply!

The successful applicant must have:
- A minimum of 6 months UK classroom experience.
- Knowledge of the British National Curriculum and the ability to plan differentiated work.
- A valid DBS or willing to undertake one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent references
