Are you looking for a role in an educational environment? Here at Protocol, we have a lot of opportunities and we are looking for experienced teacher assistants to embark on a new journey with us.

Our schools are dedicated to excellence and caters for students with special needs such as Autistic spectrum Condition (ASC), physical and complex needs.

We strive to deliver excellence with the best possible work in our great schools, and the opportunity to develop both academic studies and life skills such as shopping, cooking and working within the community for the learners.

As part of the role you will be working 1:1 or lead small groups of learners with special needs such as autism and physical disabilities to build great relationships amongst them and develop a positive attitude to life and becoming independent.

Main Duties:
•Engaging students through music and dance
•Helping with sensory integration within the classroom
•Working with the teacher to assess pupils' levels and ability
•Ensuring the schools ethos and policies are being implemented
•Liaising with parents and carers

Successful Candidates Must Have:

•Past relevant experience of working in a childcare/ support working setting.
•A passion for working in SEN
•The ability to work effectively as part of a team, and individually.
•A valid DBS or on the update system
