Job description
Protocol Education are working with a school based in Chelmsford who are looking to appoint a friendly, motivated, self-confident person to work as a specialist learning support assistant in a resource base for Hearing Impaired children..

The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working within a school and will be a qualified, competent signer and an animated and enthusiastic communicator. Ideally they will be able to strike the right balance between meeting the communication and learning needs of pupils and facilitating their independence to ensure a fulfilling school experience.They will have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as cohesively as part of a specialist team within a mainstream school and to liaise with other, external professionals.
