A thriving school based in Kingswood is looking to appoint a full-time and part-time teaching assistant to support students in Key Stage 2. This role is long-term, starting in September and is likely to lead to permanent employment.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a calm, caring and flexible approach
  • Have previous experience of working in a school
  • Have previous experience of working with children with special educational needs (desirable)
  • Be able to work as part of a team, working closely with the Class Teacher 
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be able to use their initiative to adapt activities to meet the needs of the students
  • Be self-motivated

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
