Are you an experienced Teacher who has recent experience of teaching literacy across KS1 and KS2?

We are looking for a tutor to deliver face to face tutoring working with groups of children to help raise attainment in Literacy. We are looking for a a qualified teacher with a proven track record to plug gaps effectively through differentiated learning to accelerate progress, this role is a part time role working as an intervention specialist through the National Tutoring Programme.

As a National Tutor Partner, we are working with a variety of schools to support 1:1 SEND and 1:3 group support and therefore we can work with you to find suitable hours that suit you.

This school in particular is looking for a mixture of 1:1 and 1:3 support across KS1 and KS2. They are keen to start as soon as the children return to school from Easter but would also be able to faciliate some of the intervention sessions prior to this. Prior to starting, you must complete free training based around becoming an effective tutor and the software expected to use.

In order to apply for this role you must have the following:

•Reference information for the last five years
•UK eligibility to work, an enhanced DBS dated within the last year or willingness to have one undertaken at the cost of £40
