The school values structure, consistency and positive relationships, ensuring pupils are supported both academically and emotionally.

Location: Peterlee
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Daily Expectations

• 8:30am start
• Structured lessons and interventions
• Small group support
• 4:30pm finish

The Role

• Leading small group interventions
• Supporting behaviour and engagement
• Working with teaching staff and SENCO

Experience Requirements

Essential:

• Level 3 TA qualification
• School experience
