Protocol Education are looking to appoint an experienced Level 3 teaching assistant to help push on pupil progress working along side the class teacher.
Experience of working independently in a 1:1 or group setting is essential as well as having experience observing pupils and monitoring progress so that appropriate feedback can be given to the class teacher
Applicants will need to demonstrate a real interest in education, enthusiasm, creativity, confidence and a drive to develop and grow in the role. Prior experience in a Primary setting is mandatory.
The role of a Teaching Assistant includes:
