Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting Level 3 qualified teaching assistant to working Foundation and Reception in Rotherham based Primary Schools.

Ideal applicants for this position will be passionate and pro active Teaching Assistants with strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Working in a Reception class in the primary school, you will be expected to support pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis so must be able to adapt to individual needs and differentiate your support. Strong team-work skills are also highly important as you will be working closely with a Classroom Teacher and other support staff.

Aside from a broad support skillset, all applicants are required to have a Level 3 TA qualification or higher and at least 6 months experience within the last 2 years. Additional experience supporting SEND pupils is beneficial but not essential.
