Job Description:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant based in Biggin Hill, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning activities within the educational setting. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Duties:

  • Assisting the class teacher with preparing and delivering lessons
  • Supporting individual students with their learning and development
  • Assessing and recording student progress
  • Providing feedback to teachers on student performance
  • Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Right to work in the UK

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting
  • Good understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • First Aid certification
  • Additional relevant training or certifications
