Protocol Education is partnering with schools in Ferryhill to find dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants who can provide high-quality support to pupils with additional needs.

You'll work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive classroom environment, deliver interventions and help pupils make progress both academically and personally.

Position Details

• Full-time
• September start
• Monday-Friday
• 8:30am-3:30pm to 4:30pm
• Term-time only
• Long-term placement

What You'll Support With

• Literacy and numeracy interventions
• 1:1 and small group learning
• SEND support
• Autism and ADHD
• Learning difficulties and barriers to learning
• Building independence and self-confidence
• Monitoring and celebrating pupil progress

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working within a school or educational setting
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A caring and inclusive approach
• Confidence working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
