Job description
Are you interested in a career in education? Are you passionate about working with children and looking to gain experience in the childcare field?

We are looking for dedicated nursery workers with a Level 3 qualification, who is looking to further their careers in childcare and education, through enhancing their experience in different nursery settings. We have nursery positions where the need for a caring, educational and professional assistant is in high need. If you are someone who strives working with groups of children, as well as one on one, supporting those who need the extra support, we are looking for you!

My Client is looking for enthusiastic and experienced nursery nurses to join their team. You will be able to help children develop in the early stages of their life and help build the foundation to their learning. You will need to be flexible, have enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work with small groups on specific programmes if required. You will need to be an individual who could follow the nursery’s aim of providing high quality childcare in an inspiring, safe and secure environment. To help children achieve their full potential in all areas of development.

The role:

• NVQ Level 3 Qualification

• Experience of working in an early years setting.

• Can provide the children with a safe, secure and happy environment in which to learn.

• Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs.

• Commitment and flexibility when working in a busy Nursery school environment.

• Experience/willingness to help with changing and potty training.

• Can work as part of a highly motivated team.

• Confidence in liaising with parents/carers.

We are also recruiting staff for nursery assistants, room leaders and playworkers.
