Location: LS11, Leeds
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who brings energy, care, and consistency to the room. You’ll be supporting children aged 0–5 in a safe, engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality early years education in line with EYFS.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
• Supporting children’s emotional, social, and physical development through play and routine
• Acting as a key worker and building strong relationships with children and families
• Observing, assessing, and recording progress
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment at all times
• Working closely with your team to keep standards high and consistent

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A calm, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Someone reliable, team-focused, and ready to get stuck in
