We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Chelmsford. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years.
• Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor and record children's development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare requirements are always met.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential).
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development and wellbeing.
• Previous nursery experience is desirable but not essential.
