About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Plan and support engaging activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs.
• Encourage children's learning through both indoor and outdoor experiences.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based experiences.
