LEVEL 3 EYFS TA-Cranford-Trial Asap

We are looking for a confident Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Cranford.

The Role:
You'll be supporting within a busy Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and develop confidence.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take initiative, support learning through play, contribute to continuous provision and work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team.

Key Details:
Start Date: Immediate (following successful trial)
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: £100 per day
Location: Cranford

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within Nursery or Reception
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
Confident supporting learning through play and child-led activities
Experience supporting children with SEND and EAL is desirable
Reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running
A warm, nurturing and positive approach
