A warm, welcoming, and well-established primary school in Sunbury-on-Thames (TW16) is looking to appoint a Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis.

You'll work alongside an experienced EYFS team to provide outstanding early years provision and help children thrive during the most important stage of their development.

The Role

Position: Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Sunbury-on-Thames (TW16)


‍ We're Looking For Someone Who:

✨ Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

✨ Has experience working within a nursery, preschool, or primary school EYFS setting

✨ Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework

✨ Is warm, nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting young children

✨ Can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

✨ Enjoys creating engaging, stimulating learning experiences through play

✨ Works well as part of a collaborative and supportive team

✨ Has excellent safeguarding awareness and a child-centred approach


⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Support children's learning and development through high-quality play-based activities
  • Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive Early Years environment
  • Support children with their social, emotional, language, and physical development
  • Work alongside teachers and the wider EYFS team to deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Observe children's progress and contribute towards assessments where appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
