Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join a creative and nurturing nursery setting. Opportunities are available for both daily supply and long-term positions.

This nursery is committed to developing children’s confidence, independence, communication, and creativity through a rich and engaging curriculum. Their unique educational approach combines traditional teaching methods, modern child development research, and child-led learning experiences.

• Forest School – encouraging confidence and hands-on learning through outdoor exploration
• Pedagogy of Play – using free and structured play to support learning and development
• Inquiry Based Learning – inspiring curiosity through child-led discovery and exploration

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children’s learning and development through play and engaging activities
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Encourage independence, curiosity, and communication skills
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
• Previous Early Years experience
• Positive, caring, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
