Protocol Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded independent prep school seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their outstanding Early Years team from September.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will:

• Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage to achieve their full potential.
• Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that promote curiosity and independence.
• Work closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team to create a stimulating learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote children's wellbeing, confidence and social development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Has previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Is warm, caring and passionate about supporting young children.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
