Level 3 Early Years Educator

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educators to join vibrant and inclusive primary schools across Lambeth. Working within Nursery and Reception classes, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development during the most important years of their education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children aged 3 to 5 within Nursery and Reception classes.
• Deliver engaging activities that support the EYFS curriculum.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning.
• Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support pupils with varying learning needs and developmental stages.
• Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and carers.
• Monitor and record children's progress and achievements where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within Early Years settings, nurseries, or primary schools.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• A warm, caring, and patient approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children to achieve their full potential.
