Level 3 Early Years Educator

The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging and creative Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning activities
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress where required
• Support children with varying learning needs and abilities
• Encourage positive behaviour and foster strong relationships with pupils and families

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting, nursery, or primary school
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Desirable

• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• Knowledge of phonics programmes
• School-based experience within Nursery or Reception classes
