Level 3 Early Years / Childcare Practitioners

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and nurturing professionals to work within Early Years settings across Lewisham, including mainstream primary schools and nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a crucial stage in their development while working in welcoming and supportive environments.

The Role:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 in nursery and reception classes

• Assisting with the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and educational development

• Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and other practitioners

Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent

• Experience working with young children in schools or nursery settings

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
