Learning support (Sports background)

Got a knack for building confidence on and off the pitch? We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant with a sporty background to support pupils across several SEN schools in Bristol.

This role is perfect for someone calm, energetic, and great at building positive relationships. You’ll be supporting children with additional needs, helping them stay engaged, regulated, and ready to learn. No two days are the same, but that’s half the fun.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils with SEN including autism and SEMH
Using sports and teamwork to build trust and engagement
Working across a variety of SEN schools in Bristol
Helping create a positive, structured learning environment
Working closely with teachers and support teams

What we’re looking for:
Experience working with children or young people
A sporty, proactive attitude
Calm under pressure and quick to build rapport
SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
