Job description
One of our leading special needs schools in Wandsworth, are currently looking for experienced, or aspiring, learning support assistants.

The school is known for its exceeding success rate; for both the pupils and the employees, and is easily accessible via public transport, with on-site parking also available for staff members.

What will my role be?
-You will be working on both a 1:1 and small-group basis with special needs pupils.
-The role would be during term times, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
-You will get direct training from experience SEN staff members and will be working alongside them.
-Working in a classroom of 5-6 special needs pupils and 2-3 members of staff.

I'm sold! What do I need to apply?
-Simply a form of child/ support working experience within the last 3 years- voluntary is also accepted.
-An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to undertake one through us.
-A passion for working in special needs, and a motivated, enthusiastic, and caring personality!

This is a fantastic opportunity if you have minimal experience but are looking to expand your horizons and ease your way into the teaching, or SEN field.
