Job description
We are looking for Learning Support Assistants and/or Residential Support Workers looking to work with young people with challenging behaviour, and complex learning difficulties. You will need to be flexible, resilient, honest and well organised, as well as committed to providing a high standard of childcare and to helping young people achieve the best possible outcomes.

This role is within a Residential School who are looking for Classroom Support candidates and also Support Workers for their Residential Unit. You will be expected to support a wide range of students with varying needs with some aspects of personal care, especially in the Support Worker roles.

Applicants must have previous experience of working with challenging young people, preferably in a residential setting or school.
