Job description
Protocol Education and Barnet schools need YOU and your experience. Due to a massive increase in demand for strong and experience learning support assistants to work across North London primary schools.

You will ideally have at least 1 years experience supporting children in schools, although strong transferable skills and experience will definitely be considered. Hugely beneficial would also be those candidates trained in team teach.

You will be expected to immerse yourself fully into school life, commit yourself to the same goal of supporting and educating children. strong interpersonal skills rae essential as well as an empathetic and kind nature. You must be proficient in english and maths, willing to provide extra booster classes to pupils. where necessary.

You will live locally to Barnet or be willing to travel there on a daily basis, have at least 1 years experience or an exceptional amount of transferable skills.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
