Job description
Doncaster and Rotherham LSAs

Doncaster and Rotherham schools are currently looking to recruit LSAs within their school.

The suitable candidate will:
-Have opportunities to progress as a classroom teacher
-Build classroom management skills
-Have free training courses provided
-Establish contacts/relationships in schools
-Develop behaviour management skills

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about students in their care and will be committed to creating opportunities for every student. This school provides a supportive working environment that encourages staff to really exceed in their role through a positive and innovative learning culture.

To apply for this role, you will be required to have the following:

- Teaching assistant experience, ideally with a Level 3 qualification or similar
- The ability to manage student behaviours effectively
- Knowledge of special educational needs and different learning techniques that will encourage and develop students' abilities to learn.
- The ability to promote students' self-esteem and reinforce positive attitudes.
