Job description
Learning Support Assistants in Croydon

I am currently recruiting for multiple SEND Teaching Assistants to work in the Croydon area. A number of schools I currently work with are looking for individuals who are passionate, flexible, available immediately and have a good knowledge and understanding of special needs.

The Role - Learning Support Assistant

As the Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting pupils with a range of special needs including Autism, Downs Syndrome and Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties.

You will be working closely with the class teacher, helping to differentiate the work for each pupil as well as working 1:1 in the classroom.

Requirements - Learning Support Assistant

• Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant.
• Experience with Primary or Secondary pupils
• Ideally someone who has de-escalation training (MAPPA or TEAMTEACH) but not essential
• Passionate about working with SEND pupils
