• Providing 1:1 and small group support, including those with additional learning needs

• Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive, accessible lessons

• Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment

What we’re looking for:

• A background or strong interest in music (performance, study, or teaching experience is desirable)

• Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential

• A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach

• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

• A willingness to support pupils with a range of learning needs

What you’ll gain:

• Experience working in a supportive school environment

• Opportunities to develop skills in education and SEN support

• A chance to bring creativity and music into everyday learning

• Ongoing support and professional development opportunities

• A rewarding role where your impact is seen every day

This opportunity is an ideal opportunity for creative individuals who are interested in building a career in education while making a real difference to young people’s lives.
