We are currently seeking compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support a specialist SEN setting on either a permanent or full-time basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a small, therapeutic educational environment that supports children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, and demand-avoidant (PDA) profiles. The setting provides a calm, nurturing approach where relationships are at the heart of everything they do.
The school offers a structured and supportive environment where every pupil is valued as an individual. Staff work collaboratively to help pupils build confidence, emotional regulation, independence, and engagement with learning. Small class sizes allow staff to provide meaningful, personalised support and make a genuine difference every day.
Located within a peaceful countryside setting, outdoor learning plays an important role in the school day, with access to forest school activities and therapeutic outdoor spaces that encourage wellbeing and engagement.
