We’re working with a welcoming SEN primary school in Gateshead looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This setting supports pupils with Autism, communication needs and additional learning difficulties in small, well-supported classes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

• Helping deliver adapted, engaging lessons

• Encouraging emotional regulation and positive routines

• Working closely with teachers and the SENCO

• Celebrating progress that truly matters

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
