We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradford who are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their Year 3 team. This part-time role (2 days per week) is perfect for someone who wants to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing while keeping a healthy work-life balance.
Your role will include:

Supporting the Year 3 teacher with learning activities and classroom routines

Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils progress

Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence

Assisting with preparation of resources and learning materials

Experience working with primary-aged children (school, childcare, or similar)

A patient, positive, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
