Job description
Do you believe in the power of education to transform lives?

Do you want a job where you can really make a difference everyday?

Have you ever considered working as a Learning Support Assistant?

I work alongside Primary schools across the west london borough of Hilingdon and we are always looking for the best people to work with children who have additional needs within mainstream schools.

Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities may need extra support for a variety of different reasons, but whether they need emotional, educational or more practical support. Having this extra help can make such a positive impact on not just their educational achievement but on their futures.

Every day is different and you will gain valuable experience. We are looking for people who have a real passion for working with young people and providing this support who have transferable skills and experience to be able to support effectively.

Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of working with children or young people with SEND, or experience managing behaviour and setting boundaries. This can be a perfect role for Actors or those with a creative flair and confidence and great presence is ideal for working with children especially those who can be harder to engage with.

If you think these types of roles could be for you then please do apply to this vacancy to find out more!
