Job description
A good school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team in Sheffield. To be considered for this role, you must have a good understanding of the needs of children and be able to support a range of students that are all working at different achievement levels.

The ideal candidate should:
• Have previous experience working in a school environment would be beneficial but not essential.
• Be able to provide support to children, both 1:1 and/ or small groups
• Provide classroom support/ assist the teacher with daily tasks
• Be able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Be patient and be able to adjust mainstream activities to fit the needs of the children
• Can make a positive contribution to the school as a whole
