Job description
I am working with a Primary School based in High Wycombe who are looking for an inspiring Learning Support Assistant. You will be working closely with class teachers to support learning, helping to deliver the curriculum for individuals and in small groups across all Key Stages. You will need to be able to work flexibly across year groups in different subjects including Maths and English and also support children with special educational needs including Autism and challenging behaviour.

Essential skills and attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional working manner
A passion for working with children
Strong literacy and numeracy
Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour & excellent behaviour management skills
Good understanding of the British National Primary School Curriculum
Ability to work with minimum of supervision
