Job description
Our clients are looking for an experienced SEN LSA, ideally with previous SLD or SEMH experience. You should have experience of working with a range of special needs difficulties and have the interpersonal skills needed to effectively communicate with staff and students. The position will be to work with students across all Key Stage as you may potentially be moved around the school.

An NVQ Level 2 qualification would be advantageous but is not essential if you have the right attitude and experience.
