Are you a mainstream teaching assistant looking to take a step into SEN - Special Educational Needs?

A Special needs School in Enfield are seeking an enthusiastic SEN support assistant. You will be responsible for liaising with the class teacher in order to effectively support the student. You need to be able to build strong relationship with students and staff. Classes consist of 11 -16 children with Challenging behaviours.


This is a great opportunity to join this school long term basis with a view to go permanent. If you are looking to get experience and you are looking to be part of a wonderful school, to be part of a strong team and willing to make a difference then this will be the right position for you.


Candidate

Have experience in an educational/SEN setting
Be able to support young people with their academic work
Be supportive and flexible
Be able to work in a dynamic school environment
A warm and caring individual who truly puts the children first.

Able to provide support to children with varying challenges.

Able to work as part of a team.

Registered DBS or be prepared to carry out a new DBS application.
