Job description
Protocol Sheffield are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start in September.We are seeking to appoint an experienced learning support assistants to join a large Academy in Sheffield

Are you experienced within a secondary classroom environment?

Are you able to identify individual pupil needs and put in additional support to build their confidence, skills and learning?

Would you like to offer general classroom support for young people in Years 7-11 with learning and/or emotional and behavioral problem?

If so, this is a great opportunity for you to become part of the Protocol Education Team and support us in providing schools with outstanding and experienced staff.

To apply for this role you will be required to have the following:

Teaching assistant experience with a Level 3 qualification or similar

The ability to manage student behaviours effectively

Knowledge of SEN and different learning techniques that will encourage and develop student’s abilities to learn.

The ability to promote students self esteem and reinforce positive attitudes.
